Reservation fees are as follows and are due when reservations are made: Daily/Weekly - $35 Monthly - $175 There is an automatic $35.00 administrative fee for any cancellation. For daily reservations, the cancellation notice must be received seven (7) days prior to arrival date for any refund. For weekly reservation, the cancellation must be received fourteen (14) days in advance. For monthly reservations, the cancellation fee is a mandatory $35.00 if cancellation notice is received 60 days prior to arrival date and no refund is received in less than 60. Deposit or credit card guarantee applies to last night or nights of reserved stay. Deposit is lost for early departures. Deposit or credit card guarantee will not apply to alternate dates.
